I have been a consistent target of high-energy microwave assault since the fall of 1971 to the present. I retired from a high-tech aircraft/missiles and space company in 1975. I held many positions with that company for almost 35 years.

The only connection to my being on the micro-radiation hit list is that I chose not to participate in a well-accepted sex-for-hire arrangement at work after my wife died. When my refusal became emphatic, the local enforcer growled in my ear that he was going to "ruin me". Shortly thereafter, I began to be "hit". My eyes would turn blood red. I would become numb and sit at my desk in a mental fog. One day my secretary came by my desk and whispered, "get up and move" I staggered down the hall and out of the building. Finally, after a block or so of walk, things began to clear up. I learned to move quickly when the heat would begin to build up.

The next target area was my bladder-- constant urgency. Then my bowels. Pressure and pain in the lower abdomen causing diahria. Too many instances to recount here, but thousands is a good estimate.

Over more than 26 years I have found that the device can counterfeit the symptoms of almost any illness. Every area of my body from the top of my head to the tips of my toes has been hit. The principal area for me has been the crotch. Disruptions of bodily functions seems to be the controllers' major delight.

I had my own aircraft and flew all over the western U. S. trying to shake the signal, to no avail. In 1977 I flew commercial to South America. The signal was just as strong there.

My experiences, knowledge of surveillance satellites, and high energy radiation effects led me to these conclusions: The system probably is comprised of powerful ground-based radar/laser emitters bouncing beams off geo-synchronous orbiting satellites to targets on earth. Return signals of audio and video data are received at command and control centers. These conclusions are based on the following:

• Although the beam may initially have been from a local source, it is now far ranging and is from above.
   
• The high relability factor and strength of the emitters is too great to be anything but groundbased with back up equipment. Such emitters would operate from high mountain locations and be computer linked.
   
• Command and control centers with computer analysis would operate the system and receive the return audio and vidio data
   
• The satellites functions would be relatively simple mechcanically also providing excellent reliability.
   
• The combination radar/laser beam has the ability to "piggy-back" other types of signals.
   
• Only an extremely high-tech, wealthy, government-secured entity could operate such a system and maintain the "mother of all cover ups".
   
• Only the geo-sync orbit would position the reflector satellites so that very minute control movements of the reflectors could follow the target with the emitted beam.
   
• From the high altitude emitters to 23-thousand-mile high satellites to target and return to control center would cause little attenuation of signal strength since most of the distance is in a vaccuum.
   
• The micro-radiation system is socially linked with organized peer-pressure tactics to intimidate and ridicule the target.

So if we get down to the "nitty-gritty" of this with all the increasing volume of independant yet similar victims reports, we have to conclude this is no small-scale, on-the-back-burner, lab-experiment program. This is a full- cale, up-and-running social control system. Undoubtedly data that is accumulated from those who are current "guinea-pigs" will be used to refine torture for future dissenters. Even now we can see there are two sides to it.

• Rewards of material gain, plus the protective umbrella of the controllers, if you cooperate and obey the instructions given via synthetic telepathy (direct voice communication)
   
  --or--
     
• Punishment for recognizing the inherent evil of such a system that assaults the human freedom and dignity of all mankind; and so you remain uncooperative and resistant.

If you are still under the gun, check yourself for these characteristics:

• You don t like bullies.
   
• You don t accept the idea that " you have no choice".
   
• You don t consider yourself a laboratory animal at the disposal of sadistic ambitionists.
   
• And you are willing to sacrifice something of yourself for the furtherance of the truth.

Pages more could be written on my experiences. I have been so troubled by dirty tricks, scams, and stings that I am extremely cautious of most contacts. Until about two months ago, when I ran across, Mind-control and Microwave Weaponry sites on my little Sony Web tv did I find so many others with similar and often identical experiences.

Currently the controllers are conducting the following tortures:

• Heavy heat and pressure to the top of my head which impedes my balance and train of thought
   
• "charle-horse" knotting of muscles and tendons in the legs
   
• synthetic arthritic pains in shoulders,hips, wrists, knees, and ankles
   
• crotch assault with the occasional " electric cattle-prod" beam up the posterior
   
• a low voltage shock through the body -- hard to sleep in this environment.

This is only the tip of the iceberg of my exposure and conclusions, but enough for the first bite. I thank the dear Lord that He has sustained me these many difficult years.
