Read Me

Welcome to the archive

This website
is an opposition site and I am not encumbered by any requirement to be fair and balanced.  I am obliged to avoid ugly rumors and anti-social expression.

Remember, Barack Obama and the Obots describe any bit of information they don't like as a lie, a smear, a distraction or Swiftboating.  If that doesn't work they sick their agents in the media, Democratic Party operatives and/or their lawyers on you.  I know they do because they did it to me and there are dozens of other instances in these pages of the Obots using the tactics of intimidation to suppress free expression.

There's a lot of stuff in The Obama File -- a couple of years worth.  I don't remember what's in here and I'm combing through these pages all the time.  To improve its readability, I'm constantly reorganizing the archive to make it easier to find stuff.  I am in the middle of this now, so don't be surprised if things move around a little.

Operator

I answer to Beckwith.  I live in the metropolitan Boston area -- behind enemy lines (that's humor).  I'm an old guy and old school.  I'm a veteran, made my living as a technologist and am now retired.  My politics are conservative.  I am registered to vote as "Unenrolled."  That means I'm registered to vote, but am not affiliated with any political party or organization.  My agenda is simple and clear.  I am opposed to a socialist sitting in the Oval Office -- especially one that employs teams of lawyers and the legal system to hide his questionable background from the American People.

The Stuff

I don't write this stuff.  I cherry-pick it and archive it here.  The overwhelming number of items in this archive are from mainstream media sources and what I believe are reliable, if sometimes partisan, blogs.  I make every attempt to provide attribution and/or links to the original source.  Many of the items in this archive have multiple sources/links.  If you don't like the writer's viewpoint, send them an email, not me.

If the reader finds content that is incorrect, I will correct or delete it upon the submission of two links to reliable sources with more accurate information.  I want the stuff in here to be as correct as possible.

It's important to understand that most of what we know about Barack Obama, was written by Barack Obama (maybe with a little polishing by Bill Ayers), and much of that is demonstrably false.  Barack Hussein Obama, the one that's right there in front of your eyes is a myth, mostly of his own making.

Barack Obama is 48 years of age and there is no paper trail.  There is positively no documentation on this man's life.  This is not an accident.  He can be anybody he wants to be, and is.

Occasionally, I will add a comment (usually blue and italicized) so you know its not the original author.

Browsing -- A visitors approach

The Main/Home page of The Obama File contains a couple of dozen subject area pages, and link button to the page you're reading.

The Latest News page contains items appearing in the mainstream media and blog world, generally from the last seven to ten days.  After that, the items are archived to one of the subject area pages.

The subject area pages are organized chronologically or alphabetically.  A note at the top of each page describes its organization.  The new or casual visitor will instinctively browse the archive.  Clicking the "TOF" (The Obama File) button on each page will return the reader to the main page.

Eventually you will want to search for specific information.  So, the Google "Site" Search is your friend.

Searching for stuff -- A two-step process

Step 1 -- Select and load a page:

The Google Search function only searches this site.  Its Search Results are by page.  It returns those pages containing your search word or phrase, along with additional descriptive information, like big Google.

However, it only returns the item containing the first occurrence of your search word or phrase, unlike big Google, and there may be twenty other news or opinion items containing your search word or phrase on that page.

Select and load the subject area page that is nearest to your interest, such as "Obama's Campaign" or "Obama's Politics."

Step 2 -- Finding an item:

Once the subject area page has loaded, you need to use your Browser's "Edit" or "Find" function to locate occurrences of your search item within the page.  There may be dozens of them and they're all sourced.

Lunatics, save your time.  You'll just pound away at the keyboard, taking all that time and getting all hyperventilated, and I'll just hit the "Delete" button as soon as I recognize the ramblings of someone out on a three-day pass.

I don't respond to cultural Marxist pejoratives, such as "fascist," "racist," "homophobe" etc.  I'm none of those, and your saying I am, doesn't make it so.

If you send me a particularly offensive email, you can depend on the fact I may publish it, along with your return email address.
