recently.

heating up. Three legislatures recently filed a 38-page legal brief with
the presiding judge in the case. The brief was filed on the side of the
defense asking the judge to uphold the current law.

Yesterday we linked to an e-zine called Far-Out. Evidently a lot of
people where not happy with the content. We make an attempt to report on
all events effecting the Hacker culture without judging them on quality.
If you want quality news submit quality links. We can't find it all on
our own.
One email we received claimed that the article on Viruses in the Far-Out
ezine had been plagiarized. To give credit to the original author we have
provided the link below.
