I am a victim of covert drugs and microwave weapons assaults. Currently, I am a full-time music therapist working in a hospital setting in New York City. I have been a musician since my early teens, when I began learning to play the guitar and sing. I am also a Viet Nam era veteran. The covert drugging began while I was in the service during the early 1970's and has continued against me up the present time in New York City. I trace the Electronic Microwave Weapons Assaults to April of 1990 and those assaults have continued to the present day.

My client, Mr. Salih Mirzabeyoglu, who is one of the prominent Islamist thinkers and writers in Turkey, was arrested with the claim that he is the leader of the illegal IBDA-C organization, and put in Metris Prison in Istanbul. Then he was transferred to the Kartal Special-Type Prison by force with his hands handcuffed and put in a one-person cell. Here, while he was being kept under extremely strict isolation, he attempted committing suicide on July 26, 2000 He was been under therapy in Bakirköy Mental Hospital.

I showed up at Jaguar Glass, in Eugene, Oregon and let him know about the money that he stole from government agencies, including the FBI, which ironically protects him. He thought I was undercover or believed I was a human computer; which he still may believe. He witnesses that his computers talk to me, as if I were one of them. I can tell what program his computers are on and what they are interlocking with most of the time. He gave me a 400 million dollar check that day, as I sat there reading his mind explaining to him what I knew. At that point he had 8-10 billion dollars of government money/funding hidden away. But after the planes went down he stole over a 100 billion. He used Mike's pin# and password to get into National Security. He helped himself into instruments and institutions, and began using them incorrectly and illegally. I am offering National Security or any Representative a lot of my money to help me put this man away. It seems he is being protected by the forces I need. He is station #3 of the HAARP Project and I'm in search for anyone ready to earn a lot of money; for actually representing the United States of America the Right Way.
He's been looking into the minds of his people and brainwashing them, so he will not be seen. I can read his mind faster than any instrument, and ironically he seems he has to answer my questions like I was a machine. When I listen, I can hear him telling people he's playing God and to digest this information; or to Change their mind. Another one he uses, line one--, line two--, line three--, Lock and Load, which also seems to convince people that he is innocent. He changes the information nightly so he won't be seen, for he is a computer programmer as you will soon see. I've even tried try to get the HAARP to tune into me, so they could see me which would see him.This is just the beginning of what I know. Eugene, Oregon's FBI seem to be full of idiots or his "Change Your mind Method" is working pretty damn good. Right now I get denied as they listen to him and not me. But COME ON PEOPLE, He wrote me a $400 Million dollar check. (SO, WAKE UP! FBI, because you are obviously, virtually blind),. This Nation seems to be lacking people like me. That can discover people like Thommy Thompson III and his black market industry.

Pat Mougey is a working professional who, in her account, describes how she began to hear a never-ending barrage of psychotronic voices. Her late mother was also targeted.
Included is a detailed account of the outrageous things they did to her appliances! Thank gosh they don't go that far on the MCF home computer or it would be shut down (it was unable to upload for a couple of weeks straight, but usually for hours).
Neighbors and co-workers are involved in the harassment, and her apartment has been broken into. In fact, she found a hot iron on some cloth in a closet, about to start a fire; the same iron that the controllers had stopped from working at all by using some sort of beams.

I've just went to the optometrist for my right eye, I fill they have damaged it. when they inflict pain on some parts of my body it's a burning filling, but I also get what's like stings or pin like pain other times. I fill I'm monitored in my house and it seems like in great detail. even while I'm writing, I believe they can see each word I type, or they are good guessers. from what I can determine I'm on satellite and ground surveillance but the technology is so great that I'm sure they can have me thinking one thing and it's another. I have been a mind control victim for four years. I would like to find out the technologies the perps are using. I believe this is the only way to prove what they are doing is real and stop their attacks.

Ronald Roose
American Electronic Weapons, Harassment, & Chemical Assault Victim
As Ronald Roose says in his account:
" The use of threats and coercion by the postal inspectors is a matter that is well documented by my union, the American Postal Workers Union. "
These inspectors retaliated when Ronald discovered evidence of defrauding postal employees out of their due benefits for on-the-job injuries.
The retaliation consisted of organizing other employees to harass him, directing electronic weapons on him, delivering chemical and biological poisons into his food at home and onto his workspace, and interfering with all the registered mail he sent in relation to his claim. They even poisoned his cats.
Eventually the electronic weapons had him disabled.
Ronald would especially like to get in touch with other postal victims.

Hi, my name is Yvonne Frances Ross.
I have been harassed daily with non-lethal weapons, by vicious and annoying surveillance, and I have been harassed in some ways that are not well known. I have been mostly victimized by local harassment.Some of the ways that I have been victimized are not very well know. I have been kept asleep, I think by sleep inducing devices and I have been victimized by spinal injections, uterine implants, and sexual assault. When I was a young teenager, I was "thrown" off of my bicycle by a "shock wave device" and then a wire was used to repair my broken jaw. I believe this wire acts as some sort of antenna for the type of microwaves that cell phones use, I believe I was used as an experiment to test the hazards of cell phones, before cell phones were marketed. I am daily victimized by many different types of harassment which has caused me to become impoverished.

Bill Rosser
American Psychotronics Victim
Bill Rosser's account is like quite a few other victims of electro-magnetic "less-than-lethal" weapons controllers. They started off subtly manipulating him and having provocateurs terrorize him, and finally came out and tortured him with the beam weapons.
As usual, Bill finds himself cut off from people by the incredible appearance of his account.
Bill began to understand the project as it progressed. He sees it as "a Holocaust style psychological and brain study as well as scientific experimentation on humans with this new technology and general politically motivated human rights abuses."
Bill writes:
"The survival of American democracy and of democracy on the planet depends on the people quickly identifying and responding to new threats to our liberty. This new weapons technology must be understood for the threat it is; probably greater than the threat of nuclear weapons because of the people's present lack of ability to detect their abuse."
