My name is Bill Eblin and I now live in Columbus Ohio. I moved here from Ft. Lauderdale Florida to get away from the people whom at the time, I just thought were stalking me. I knew they were using satellites, but at the time, I didn't think they would want to follow me to Columbus, some 1300 miles away from where this all started.
Since moving here in September of 2001, I have learned more and more about the type of torture and virtual prison sentence they have self imposed on me. In addition to the regular communications satellites they use, they have a couple they now use that have Remote Piloting capabilities. The micrwaves they use from these satellites in conjunction with a set of six pairs of Virtual Reality glasses allows them to just point and shoot at me with out any physical intervention from what I can tell, and these Virtual Reality Glasses also give them the capability to READ MY MIND. Of course, they do have some flaws in their testing methodology of this technology, namely they have no clue in what they are doing as they have told me. They just can't stop.

Getting off Mind Control

Not sure if I can help but will try as much as I can. Keep in mind - they are probably reading this as you read it with their technology, and through your eyes. And also, I only know what I see, hear and feel and have been told by my perps, the Johnsons.
I don't know anything about implants, but as someone suggested to me, an MRI or a CAT Scan will probably show one. I had one of each and all was well. Ask yourself this, when in your life did you ever get put under, as in on a Doctors table in order to give someone a chance to put some kind of implant inside of you? I know I have been under a couple of times, but that was years before this started happening to me. As far as I know from the people doing this to me, use satellites connected to these Virtual Reality Glasses and Consoles which allow them to see my brain waves. They told me they "tuned" it to me and my brain at 28.5MHZ when they were in the apartment above me in Pompano Beach Florida. I have no idea if they have to tune it or not, for as far as I'm concerned. They also said each of the six of them had to have the glasses they have specifically tuned to each one of them. When they switch glasses to mess me up, I think a thought to the one I am talking to in my mind, and the other one answers or responds in a verbal sense (the other of the two who switched glasses).

As far as I can ascertain, I have experienced this phenomenon my entire memorable life. To be sure, it hasn't been constant, and recently has become more and more frequent and each occurance has lasted longer. Until the night of Friday, September 6, 2002, I had occasionally experienced things that seemed extreme or were inexplicable in the ordinary sense, but I just ignored them or tried to rationalize them away as something else simple and ordinary (like the normal "bad brakes" of life, or, maybe my body over-reacted to some medication I was taking, etc.).

By on and since this night, I have been keenly aware that something of a mind control nature is happening to me. However, I am still trying to figure out how and why this is being done to me and how, if any way exists, I could get it to stop. I have turned to my faith and I have found some passages in the Bible that may shed some light on this phenomenon and its sources. But I still often feel hopeless sometimes because it seems this thing is going to be with me for the rest of my life.

It's been really cathartic to finally access your site! I'd like to share my account--in it's entirety--with your readers.
In the attached file I detail my experiences at Maharishi International University (after spearheading a series of "underground" newsletter forums to resist cult-like repression) that I believe provides STRONG evidence that I was chosen as a research target subject for the CIA/DIA's Psychic warfare technology--subjectively experienced as "multiple Eternities in Hell" and a Trauma that "probably should have killed me". (This paragraph would make a/the good short introduction.)
The file is a letter I wrote to John White (minimally revised from the original to provide several points of clarification), editor of Psychic Warfare--Fact or Fiction: An Investigation into the Use of the Mind as a Military Weapon. In his book, 14 contributing authors lay out their case documenting U.S. government research into this esoteric area. John's response was that although the perceptions/traumas I described were consistent with what one would experience under the Painful influence of Psychic warfare technology, he had no knowledge of MIU.
With access to the internet, I'm on a renewed campaign to find those who can help me understand and continue healing from experiences so Painful that I've suffered bouts of PTSD over the years since. (I'm hoping to eventually & finally vindicate myself by extablishing contacts with people willing and able to officially document my particular case.) With your extensive perspective into this "fringe" area and your many contacts, I thought you and your website a likely (if not the most promising) source of help. I'd appreciate referrals to others I can write to.
I apologize for the implied arrogance in sending an attached document this lengthy, but feel it to be reasonably concise given its complex subject and believe you'll find it more than a bit intriguing and credibly written.

John Ginter

American Psychotronics Victim

Like John Lambros, John Ginter was experimented on while in the US prison system. John's account goes into the history of mind control, and what he learned about it firsthand. He names some of the perpetrators he had personal contact with, exposing how a prison doctor resigned because his diagnosis of Sirhan Sirhan as a hypnotized programmed assasin was dismissed.

In 1967 in San Quentin prison the psychotronic assaults started. John says that they concentrated on altering his political beliefs. He had apparently angered the wrong people with them.

Director of the International Committee for the Convention against Offensive Microwave Weapons

Harlan E. Girard is a person of some fame in mind control circles, the reason will be evident if you delve into mind control history.
Harlan E. Girard was born in Cleveland , Ohio in 1936. He studied for the B.Chem.E. degree at Cornell University and received the B.A. degree in economics from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, from which he graduated in 1957.

From 1957 to 1984, Mr. Girard was employed and self-employed in a number of businesses, all of them centered on real estate development. In 1984, he returned to school to study urban design and landscape architecture at the University of Pennsylvania, from which he received the Master of Landscape Architecture degree in 1988.
Since 1988, Mr Girard has been pursuing independant research into the development, testing and evaluation of offensive microwave weapons, including especially mind-control mechanisms. He is an Associate Member of The Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, a member of the Society of Photo-Optical Instrumental Engineers(SPIE), an Associate Member of the Bioelectromagnetics Society, and an Associate Member of the European Bioelelectromagnetics Association.
In 1990, Mr Girard established the Interantional Committee for the Convention Against Microwave Weapons for the purpose of continuing his work, in the event of his untimely death. The International Committee has an arms control function but it is also interested in the atrocities being committed by the United States Government (USG) in the research, development, testing and evaluation of biological process control weapons. In addition, It is interested in the USHG's compliance with the conventions to which it is a State Party, such as the Convention Against Torture. The International Committee contends that involuntary human medical experiments financed by any government are punishment per se, and the infliction of gratuitous pain and suffering on involuntary human subjects is torture within the meaning of this Convention.
Mr Girard received an Honorable Discharge from the United States Air Force in 1963, and used to be a moderate Republican.

Mary Goodwin

My disabled son and I have been punished, harassed, tortured, violated, threatened and assaulted and run from town to town by a group of stalkers. These stalkers recruit others to recruit others to follow us. We are put on twenty-four hour a day surveilance, with multiple assaults occuring every half hour. The police know about this. American Whistleblower -- Psychotronics Victim

Taken from his wonderful web site, James Henry Graf's account is a wonderfully written literary masterpiece. Through it runs a thread of human decency and justice.
James actually covers the perpetrators with more knowledge than many victims have, as they were operating from his workplace.
He says:

The future of Delphi is dubious. We should all be considering contingency plans.
Strange things have been happening, moreover, with respect to me and this forum. In the past few days, we have had an astoundingnumber of "guest" visits. Starting withthe lead message of that discussion, the poster and his cohorts defamedme, subjected me to brutal ridicule, demeaned my personal dignity,called me out of my name, mocked my pain and the pain of innocentothers, lampooned my physical disability, and behaved in a manner thatno decent person could support. They also contumaciously floutedDelphi's Terms of Service. =20
Delphi's response, however, to my TOS (Terms of Service)complaint was so unsatisfactory as to cause me to wonder whether the fixis in. It could be that somebody intends to make this forum disappear,as others have.
Well, the port in a storm is already established. It is my great pleasure to announce the Human Rights Community on EZ .

I felt it important to tell you of my involvement in the program. I was first approached as a civilian in Atlanta ,Georgia in December 1972. I was a homeless wanderer, and had a few jobs every so often to get food and clothing. I was 17 years old and had no one to call family. I had left home due to my opposition to the Vietnam war. I was in Peachtree park in Atlanta when a fellow came up to me and offered me LSD. I was interested and also broke. I do not know why I wanted the drug, I had taken it 2 times before. Both times were from friendly strangers in vans at the beach. Both times I was watched while I was on it by them. This man insisted on giving it to me, and I lost awareness of almost everything. He called it Orange Sunshine. There was no charge. He took me to an apartment building and asked me to stay there for a while. His name was simply 'Charlie' and he claimed to be from Ft.Benning

What do I have to do to be granted the same protection everyone else is given? For the last nine years my fourth amendment rights have been trampled on, run over and generally buried by my government. People have tried, unsuccessfully to hold me accountable to their code, one in which God does not exist and subversive ideas are able to run rampant through minds better suited at forming Play-Do then humans. Through hypnosis and microwave signals my country has reached an all time low in human right violations. I have been in contact with many different organizations, not one has been of help. The only voice of reason! these last nine years has been one Congressman named Ken Calvert, a true protector of our countries ideals and founding principals. He initiated a Congressional Investigation in 1994, and although it met with questionable results, he was at least supportive. American Psychotronics Victim

Heveab is the pseudonym chosen by a remote beam torture victim for her net appearance.
Heveab's account tells of a professional, working nurse who began to be tortured by electronic waves after complaining about a Mafioso neighbor. She goes through extreme nervous system invasion and can't sleep, as well as experiencing break-ins where her papers are stolen.
Tragically, Heveab became so allergic to rubber that she couldn't work at a hospital any more. Her efforts to make a living thereafter are forever thwarted by the "controllers," and she has had to move in with her parents.
Behind the scenes, perpetrators cut her off from support from friends and working associates. Her former landlord had dropped plans to build her an allergy-safe room environment. The police lose records of her complaints.

Jack

Hello my name is Jack and I'm a victim of technological mind contol harrassment. I'm forced to say things against my will. This has been happening for over six years now. The government is hiding the knowlege of mind control technology from the people. This leads me to believe that the government is experimenting with a large amount of people and the harrassment is far reaching. I have been forced to think things that just weren't true and made to hurt myself. I want the sound waves that are being sent to my head to stop and I want retribution. James the Human Radio Antenna

I chose to enter into the Vandermeer's home with a small amount of marijuana. Thereafter I was magically transformed into "a human radio antenna". Ever had a two-way conversation with a strange voice from nowhere? How about being chased for fifty kilometers after abandoning your shoes by an invisible man? Here's a great one: I have watched my aggressors show me how they can cut off the circulation of blood to my head, close up my throat, strangle my lungs until they cannot pull air. I have been watching UV light hologram VDI imagery for nine months and counting. I experience intense pain in my joints and teeth when i do not cooperate. I have been awakened on the hour, every hour for four weeks straight. I have been kept awake for days and I have stared at hypnotic programs for weeks to no avail (I think.??) All this program wants me to do is "stop telling secrets". But you and I both know that microwave mind control is no longer a secret. it is just so damned effective, rendering a person harmless and destitude for the rest of their lives with no cost or seemingly no maintenance on behalf of the aggressor that nobody with the means to enfore the laws banning it will ever dignify that this sort of thing exists. Try convincing myself or the countless other victims on this MCF that this sort of thing is "all in your mind". Bullshit.

New Zealander Psychotronic Implant Victim

Born into an Air Force family, I have endured situations which led me to seek safety by filing law suits to bring out the lab results of intentional toxic poisoning and electro-magnetic frequency assaults in her residence, work environment and vehicles from 1990 to the present time, with the worst assaults beginning on Halloween 1993.

Hello I am a Dutch victim of Mind Control. I am being harassed for the past three years. My privacy, my freedom and my mental health are taken away. The last weeks or days I have the feeling that I am being murdered. They constantly attack my brain. At this moment they even wont let me get my groceries. They want me to commit suicide. I've believe I've experienced a strange occurrence, which I'll try to explain.
I believe it happened around the first of the year or maybe as far back as Oct 97. It started out as hearing people in the back yard. It seems that I was the only one that heard these people, until one night when my nephew stayed over, he heard them too. My son has also said he heard them, but I'm not sure if he's going along with me on this one.
The strange events started happening at the start of 1998. I was sitting in my cubical at work and the voices, which I have heard in the back yard seem to be at work. At first, I thought I was imagining this, but it seems that there were other voices too. I heard two male voices and one female's voice. I also thought I was experiencing a nervous breakdown or going crazy, as some would say. Read account Here

Ukrainian American Psychotronic Implant Victims

Ed Kats and his son Jay received brain implants during supposedly routine operations.
They have a clear xray of two of the devices, available here.
Two major hospitals on the San Francisco Bay Peninsula in the state of California, USA were involved. Surprisingly, one of them did the revealing xrays (must be differing factions there?).

Hello,
My name is Keith. My whole life has been plagued by spiritual warfare, as far back as I can remember. I never understood why my life was always so agonizing. Even as a small child the other kids were uncomfortable around me, so I've never had many friends. I was a troubled kid, and ended up joining the U.S. Army at 17 to get away from it all. It got worse there. Plus I suspect a possible implant and/or other possible experiments via vaccination by the injector guns. There is, to this day, a rice grain sized hole in my left shoulder. It is the same size as some implants. It hurt far worse than the right shoulder injector gun site did. I started having visions about circus politics and Arabic terrorism and ended up getting booted from the military under General w/honorable conditions. (Coincidentally, Iraq invaded Kuwait a few months after I was released from duty. About 1 1/2 to 2 years after getting out, I was called by Christ to believe in Him. During my prayer, I experienced my first psychotronic or spiritual attack that was meant for me to discern. A voice roared, "You aren't coming in HERE with that sh*t!!!". I was persistent and clung to Christ. At which point I was made to hallucinate a Asian style, serpantine dragon writhing in violent agony in my intestinal area, but there was only faint sensation in my gut, so I percieved it to be an illusion. The assault proceded to show me my sexual immoralities and fornications and made the bed go up and down. Still I clung to Christ. The spiritual warfae and psychotronics have been going on all day , every day, since that day in 1992. I ended up backsliding for about 3 1/2 years, but have been restored to faith for over a year and a half now. I didn't know about psychotronics until about 1994-5. Over the years, I have met more and more, fellow strugglers. And except for my backslide, have been in pursuit of evidence to understand for myself, and to help those that cross paths with me. What I have learned is that this has only been a test. They 'perps' as we call them, are planning and preparing for antichrist (possibly a composite clone of all the previous antichrists, such as Hitler, Napolean, Gengis Kahn, etc.) and are develpoing technology far greater than what is being tested on the current victims. The models currently in use appear to only be for gathering data on each personality type, how they cope, how they struggle, how they resist. Once they feel confident, I fear it will be Revelation's time for complete fulfilment. Now is the time to pull together as one body, if ever there was... Those who are true and faithful Christians must give it their all. The devil is perparing for his best effort to destroy all souls on the earth, by whatever it takes, including wealth.

To whom it may concern
I've been a victim of this group for a long time about 6 years at times I've even about went over the edge. Its about time the u.S. Government opened there eyes. I believe that they are using us for the porpuse of training others. I believe that's why the stay so lomg with there victims is so they can train others and staying just makes us look crazy. As we all know as victims there group is growing rapadly. The group doing this to us has even played ghost such as in an Ogden Utah Musem and in some prisons and other places it has been on the news. But still we cant get the government to look into whats going on. I also seen on the news a few years ago what I think was there equipment being used in the four corners area to search for cop killers down there at the time the news said the equipment picks up electrical impulses. So they are using their equipment right in front of every one and the government don’t give a crap the government claims it don’t exist. I am vary disapointed in the agencys that are meant to protect us. Either the government is very stupid or they must be in on it. That’s my opinion.
I know they can get us at a good distance so I know its not sound as I study this more the long term effect is cancer but over the years I think they will kill us another way such as heart attick or a blood vessal pops etc. You all know what I'm talkin about.The group doing this to us is very sick………they also say they can kill any one of us at will…..Nice group huh?
Is there any one that i can talk to that’s getting hit by these sickooos ?

American Implant Torture Victim and Web Site Author

John Lambros, a stockbroker and international businessman, was arrested in Brazil asd illegally denied bail. He was then used in the CIA's mind control brain implant program.
Now in Leavenworth Prison in the United States and crippled by the remote-control implants, John has a web site which hosts his account, a plan for legal action, decumentation of his struggle, and sections about several other victims not listed here at the MCF.
The first link at the site is the account - "Congress Asleep at the Switch Again." This includes images of documentation such as medical reports from MRI scans showing implants.
The second, "Anyone Out There Have Implants?", is an organizational message to all implant victims and anyone who was involved in the program.
Browsing down the links we find lots of correspondence with victims, researchers, authorities, and so forth, as well as links to other sites. And, of course, a boycott of Brazil!

David Lee moved to the UK from China at the age of five. Now 34, he earned a BSc in college and applies his scientific knowledge to this account of his being a subject of remote mind control experiments.

Hi, I'm Ed Light, the founder of the MCF pages, born in 1947. To read my accounts, give this link a click!
You'll see my skull xrays showing how it melted down over the years from the radar or whatever it is. Hint: 2.45 gigahertz is used to pulse carbon dioxide, producing laser beams. This frequency was measured by victim Glen Nichols   on an Optoelectronics HandiCounter Model M1 frequency counter.
Also, I detail the unbelievable saga of trying to escape the beams in the light rail tunnel under the San Francisco Bay.
My summary of my predicament as of 1995 has been added, as well as my answer to a letter asking to describe, in detail, all the holograms that I see.
Finally, my letter to Energy Secretary Hazel O'Leary has been added. The result is that I can't get any compensation because they believe that I'm not being exposed to ionizing radiation.

Sharon Lucas

American Psychotronics Victim

Sharon Lucas' account begins in 1983 when the psychotronic controllers made contact with her with their electromagnetic beams. She was bombarded with male voices, insomnia, and interference with appliances such as a clock and tv.
This got worse as Sharon was directed to follow certain steps or threats such as the murder of her father would be implemented. A transmission of him supposedly dying was beamed at her. The voices predicted her husband's death, and he died.
