In anycase, I have been subjected to hundreds upon hundreds of insults, various nights they used that device to keep me up all night, using the device to have citzens in Davis insult me in my environment, using the device harrass me in my own room or anywhere in Davis, and the list goes on and on. This is a very brief account, and I could probably write for a hundred pages about what I have been through. For two years I was harrassed and/or the target of this device in Davis as a UC student on almost a daily basis, and now I have moved to the East Coast.
The last few weeks of September of 2003 here today, one of their favorite things to do has been to use the device to distract me while I am attempting to study for my classes. They intentionally use this device to distract me, so I will do poorly in my classes and wreck my grades. Instead of saying specific things, they use the device to project a noise near my head, which becomes extremely intolarable. There nothing one can do to stop this.
If you can provide me with some advice or a law firm who handles these types of cases, I would appreciate your assistance.

I have been in touch with activist Rod Orr by phone (although not recently). I am reaching out to try and find some support, get more information, talk with people, get involved with some organizations, basically anything to help me not feel so alone and isolated.
I can tell you my story briefly-11/2 years ago, I awoke to a womans voice in my head telling me that I needed to be "controlled". From that day since, I've had a ringing in my ears. People/person were seemingly attacking/reading my thoughts and "commenting" on everything That I did/do. The volume of the ringing has, in the past, been turned up so loud that I thought my ears would explode. I also experienced something they called a "Brain wipe" where I felt my thought process freeze-followed by 1/2 of my body becoming numb. Another experience I've had was a shocking-like current that sped up my heart rate very quickly and dryed-out/burned my lips and throat. The mind reading stuff happens to me all the time and it seems like my thoughts "echo" and become words. I am not crazy! I need to find someone who believes me and can help. It has been hard to find and sustain that. They have been "attacking" me very hard for the last week.

He got the house and he lied to everyone about the money in the bank,and when the retirement checks continued to come he kept withdrawing the money, up to 1 year even though he knew that the money was not in his name and he was not entitled to one red cent. I have been made by the doctors to take drugs because they believe it is a mental illness, in my mind and heart that it is electronic harassment. Unless something is done and I do mean soon there may be another death in the family, I know I am not losing my mind, I also know that I am not going to take this sitting down or standing up. It is a shame that someone in one could to such a thing to their own family, I find anyone that could is lower than a piece of shit (the runny kind) I hope that he is exposed for the dog that he is! The real kicker is how quickly they went from a casual, almost passive level to active level of survey and command. The palapable psychic presence that I started feeling, had me fearful of slipping into a paranoid, schizophrenic mind set. Only by adapting a zen-like acceptance of the reality that was being exposed was it tolerable. It was as if 'they' create a pressure on the psyche to stay within our more mundane perceptions, using these 'blinders' to guide our reactions, keeping us within manageable norms.

HOW TO EVADE ELECTRONIC HARASSMENT - MICROWAVE BEAMSBack to Victims Index
Having been a victim for a while now, I have been targeted to drugs of various sorts and in various way - contact with skin, in food and drinks etc. I have also been subjected to microwave beams.
However I have recently discovered a tool to evade these beams and even send the beams back to sender! and the reason I am writing this is to make sure as many victims get to know about it. Because of what I know, I am now high on the list of those targeted for elimination and I want as many victims as posssible to know about it.
They are very cheap and simple - They are stainless steel plates that are 6' x 4' that are designed to allow cups to be drained on La Cimbali Coffee machines M32 DOSATRON MODEL or any model.
The reason why they work is that they are designed in such a way, (en jalousie) to allow water to drain, similar to air vents, and angled so that the beams rush through them and then you can direct them away from you or even back to sender.
You need about 5 to 6 of the large plates and one small one that you can keep in your pocket for outdoor use. Arranged on all sides of the room you are in in such a way to deflect the beams, you should evade quite a lot of them. See the website below where you can get those plates but I suppose any similar stainless steel plates from any manufacturer would do.
You can also put a couple of those plates in a folder for when you are outside and thus protect the most vulnerable parts of your body, heart and stomach etc.

During Operation Desert Shield, I broke into an American Defense contractors computer network and made a network access user-id and password (IRAQ-DEFENSE) that connected to a system run by a corporation that does an annual report for the State department. (That is what I am claiming mind control on, the main point... it was a treasonable offense I didn't know why I was doing it, and I even took the password down two and half weeks later, was never charged or questioned about it at all.)
In 1993 there was the article which mentioned the Clinton administration.. (you may remember me from before I tried to send you the images of it) in 1994 there were a Lot of things which are detailed in the fbi.ltr, including the drugging with the powder, and the incident at the American consulate in Tijuana.
I had a real bad time during the '96 election Ed, I hurt really bad. No one can tell me the secret service wasn't involved, because the president spoke at the place where I stole that document clinton.ltr he spoke on the actual court house steps of Monterey county right outside the office of the board of supervisors. I had e-mailed that letter to president@whitehouse.gov, and I'm pretty sure that's why he did it. Also it looked bad because I had been interviewed for another book (about computer hackers of course) that was being published in Australia, and the author in Melbourne had called the DC secret service office to verify some things about my previous case with them. The problem was those that monitor the area stumbled across my thoughs and realize that I was a nuisance to them. I worked on being a song write and found myself being targeted. My record and entertainment company because of my view of what the world should be like, based on the current economic scheme. I experience voices in my head that are deliberate and constant. They seem to be computer produced. I also have poking sensations on my body, heat sensations on various parts of my body, and pressure on my right ear, where I "hear" most of these voices. There is also a machine/computer broadcasting images that are "seen" by my eyes, and they are obviously machine/computer generated. I have been hospitalized at least ten times because no one believes that this is all from outside of myself and imposed upon me. I have been diagnosed schizophrenic yet I know I am fully sane. I take the medications prescribed to me, but they don't help. I do all of this because of pressure from my family, with whom I live. They think it is mental illness. I know it is not. I don't know why I have been a target for all of my life, but I hope to be released from the control of the machines and people some day.
The first time I ever heard voices was when I was in church and the voice said "why are you there? You don't even believe in God." Of course I did believe in God but it was an attempt to demoralize me. I was 6-7 years old at the time. The second time I heard voices was when I was 16 years old and I "saw" with my eyes little black things circling around a woman's legs. They appeared to be produced by a computer as they were cartoonish, looking like drawings. I heard "those are her sins" and that was that. When I was seventeen I heard in my head while driving "hahaha he's hearing voices" and that's when I knew, again, that these controllers/voices/ machine/ computer people had malicious intent in my life.
I didn't think about it when it went away. when I was nineteen I heard voices in my head again that had to have been produced by a machine. They were the voices of whomever was around me, denigrating and insulting me in their thoughts. I could tell by looking at them that I was not hearing their thoughts but was again being tortured. It lasted for months then went away.
I am now twenty eight and have been experiencing constant voices for five years. Machine produced pictures in my brain- electric stimulation of my brain,control of my body and mind, subliminal thought control, total control of my person, messages from the television and radio, etc. I just suffer through it. The content of the voices is religious at times, attempts to worry me have been made, and generally they have had malicious intent.
I have been isolated from my family and friends, and only I and others victimized know that this is not mental illness. In my case it has been super-obvious that it is computers and machines.

Since 1988 i have been hosted by a government entity sending me suggestions and using tv , radio and the dialogue of peoples conversations to communicate to me. It began explaining to me that there is two entities of government telling people how to live their lives.
At first I was told that the government was designing women to mate by making suggestions to them and also the ability to touch a woman on her private parts to increase sexual arrousal. I was trained by this good entity claiming to be the D.E.A. that the D.E.A. wanted to help fight crime with this device I believe this group to be part of the army intelligence.
I was told that other groups existed that were designing women, telling people when to drink and when to smoke even how to spend their money. I have continued to stay in contact with these government entities since 1988 and have learned many things.
Suggesting thoughts was just the beginning. They began touching me with this device and the touching turned into higher levels of pain, usually when I fought against their programs like for example challenging the concept of designing women for mating purposes. They showed me that human minds are actually being hooked together like a mind meld this in turn can make people take on the traits of another individual making suggestion even a lower form of mind control.
I have a wife and two teenage girls and I am very concerned about what are government is doing. Its to late for me I have already seen several doctors and have been diagnoised with schziophrenia but that hasn't stopped my heart from pursuing the real truth behind these experiences I have had with what I say is definitely an outside source entering into my thought process.

I have been fitted with an implant behind my ear that is used by my tormentors to try and control me. If you are interested I would like to discuss my problem with yourself. I know who implanted the " cochlear implant" type device in me. I have detailed mri scans off the area that show the device. beleive it receives signal via radio frequency waves. Every time I approach the authorities I am branded "Mentally ill". I have been able to detect it using a bug detector but I need funding to purchase the detector to show the psychiatrists that my story is indeed fact and not the fantasy that they portray it as. I have found a doctor that will` remove it $1250 AUD. Is there any way to get the funding, you can have the device.
On the 16th May I will have had it in me two years. It was put in in a hotel room where I was knocked out.

Over the years of psychotronic abuse since 1978 I spent all of the time in the dark, living a life of no one to relate to. That is, that is others that it was not being done to could not relate to the unbeleivable, like parents, sisters, and relatives. I did not like the discrimination of the psychotronics weopons on my financial status, and workability,of being successful, which was affected at varying levels of the past 24 years. What parents think, "is torture for me" and "torture for them", over the years, but we are stuck with it!. Now that the mind control forums are here, but a very small portion of us, say less than 1% possibly, it assuredly will be better for us being able to relate to others in the group. The neurological stress systems programs, the remote video of the silent thoughts, endless talkage, recording, and assessment, subconcious assault going too deep with subconcious murder, sex abuse in both extremeties, loss of marital status, rights to have children, loss of constitutional rights, leaving us alone in the dark, with no way out. I hope technology advances into something more compatible with human kind, and not primitive, and barbaric, like now, not like advanced man.

I moved to an apartment complex in Santa Clara, California in the mid-1990's. Apparently several residents had somehow acquired portable radar sets and were using them occasionally even at that time. I experienced skin sensations (creeping; crawling) and electric-shock like pains. I visited the Santa Clara police to complain about this. After much argument with "we don't want noone to make no waves" desk personnel, they finally opened a case on the problem. Possible battery. The same personnel had said they "couldn't do anything" for a woman, accompanied apparently by her mother, who complained in my presence that she was being beaten and needed help. She should go get a court order.

Four other victims seemed to have the same problem: "Heveab", David W. Roscoe, William McIntosh, and Peter Wolfe. If they would contact me, perhaps something might be accomplished. I have visited SLAC (as did McIntosh) and also experienced the same sensations there. The building I visited was probably poorly shielded from the microwave relay antennas visible on its roof. This may not therefore be harassment, but it confirms the microwave source of the sensations.I have been able to detect microwaves with a Microalert detector. This little device is sensitive about between 100Mhz and 3 GHz, which is the typical range for cell phones, microwave "bugs", and some radars. I am a very calm person however the proccess of the mental control makes me tense and the person who control me makes me fight and shout, I want to fight and shout for my future and health rather than shouting to oppose people in the way it gets me to no where. He thinks I am a dumm like him.
I put stars in the letter for some words because this case still going on and I will mention critical details in future so I want to keep it this way to avoid unexpected judicial action from the political entity that caused it or trying to do more control over my life by using it. Polish Australian Psychotronics and Torture Programming Victim
Aleksander Zielinski sent his account of mind control extremes. Not only has Aleksander been subjected to the typical electromagnetic remote-control tortures, but he was actually convinced to emmigrate from his native Poland to a den of secret torture agents in Australia.
Drugged and severely beaten to augment the electronic mind control, Aleksander's personal and family lives were ruined. He is engineered to not be able to keep a job, the typical treatment.
